Professor Sridhara Dasu, fully supported on DoE CMS funds, is additional senior investigator for the UW-Madison LZ group. Dasu’s physics interests span the observation of the Higgs boson in leptonic (especially tau-pair) modes and searches for signatures of supersymmetry related to dark matter. Dasu is active in grid computing software development and infrastructure at the UW-Madison CMS Tier 2 facility and in advancing NSF-supported Any Data, Anytime, Anywhere (AAA) protocols for grid computing. Dasu is a member of the LZ Analysis Framework Working group and, operates a Open Science Grid virtual organization for LZ. Dasu devotes ~10% of his research time to LZ.
